Struggled with insomnia and lack of focus
Yoga found me over a decade ago, at a time when I struggled with focus, restlessness, insomnia, and procrastination—without truly understanding why.
Discovered yoga’s deeper power
Through consistent practice, yoga brought balance and healing into my life, helping me manage and eventually overcome an autoimmune condition.
Completed Yoga Teacher Training
What began as a physical practice soon revealed itself to be so much more, inspiring me to dive deeper through a Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Since then, I've felt a deep calling to share what I've learned with others, teaching across India and internationally.
